Block Payment not working

when it arrives at the payment block it does not reproduce anything,
I think I have configured everything correctly, but it does nothing

2 thing you should check.

  • have you created any products in payment block?
  • have you tested on Alexa developer console? you cannot test payment block in voiceflow because it works only on ADC or Echo devices.

Yes I have created and attached correctly a product, in developer console is the same thing, It does not reproduce anything

that means skill seems stopped when conversation flow goes to the payment block?

I have found the problem, I manually associated the product with the skill from the developer console, shouldn’t it happen automatically?
Now it works (doing it manually)

it should be associated automatically, but I had experienced the same once before.
