Intercom integration broken?

When I try and use the intercom chat to reach support, there’s no actual way for me to send a message:

The messages tab also contains no action button:

What’s the best way to resolve this?

Hi there! We no longer offer live chat through Intercom (this has been in place for a few months now).

That said, the Intercom screen allows you to raise a ticket and a member of the Voiceflow Support team will follow-up with you as soon as possible (and depending on your plan type) !

Alternatively, you can reach out to to also raise your ticket. We will be replacing Intercom over the next few weeks with a brand new assistant experience, please reach out if you’d like to participate in the Beta!
