Issues with bringing intents over to Actions console?

Hi There,

For some reason, I can’t seem to get any of my intents brought over/displaying within the Google Actions console?

I have followed the tutorial to connect accounts and give access to the service account in GCP, however when I attempt to test the action in the google assistant, nothing exists and no intents are there?

What am I missing?

Intents will be shown on Dialogflow, not on Actions on Google console.

Google updated recently and check this document. (Video seems a little old.)

especially here was changed.
