Permission block and GDPR

Hi,
if I create a skill that request some data with the permission block, how does it work with GDPR (who manage data, saving the permission, opt-out…)?

Also, if you submit your skill with permission block (means you get user’s personal data from the skill) to Amazon, they will require you to submit your privacy policy document.
