Speech effects?

I see in the Speak block there’s an icon there to add speech effects, like talking speed, pitch, etc. I’ve tried them, and they add things like this

It doesn’t seem to have any affect on the speech though. Has anyone tried this? I also tried sticking the variable with the text string inside the prosody block, but it is very resistant to basic editing once the prosody tags are there.

Hey! You have to actually drag the speech effects onto the text you want to apply it to :slight_smile:

Thanks for the answer. I tried dragging some of the effects over the text string and it didn’t seem to drag anything, but I finally figured out that I can highlight the text and apply the effect.
