What's going on with hearing unused/older dialogue snippets

Hello, sometimes I hear unused, older bits “Speak” dialogue clinging on to newer bits of “Speak” block dialogue like a “ghost in the machine”. Are there any best practices to eliminate this from happening? (1) Should I delete unused flows and/or untethered blocks? (2) Should I wait for a specific period of time after I upload to ADC so everything propogates over? (3) Is it worth it to get access to the underlying code to do housekeeping (e.g. clear deprecated code)? Thanks.

I resolved this. Apparently, some speech text reverted (or never saved over?) after I duplicated a flow. I’m not exactly sure what happened, but the lesson is to always recheck your flows are doing what you think they are doing.
