Why is my Skill only available in the US?

Is there a delay between when a Skill first appears in the US Amazon Skill Store and when it becomes available in other countries?

My skill was certified 2 days ago, but is only available in the US, but I’m in the UK, so can’t access it. I had opted to make it available “In all countries and regions where Amazon distributes skills” in the ADC - so am expecting to be able to access it from the UK.

(And I’d rather not set my Amazon account to a US address in order to access the skill).

Any help/experience/guidelines on how long it takes to get it populated internationally?
